Our Story
Osborn Hays Real Estate was born out of the idea that a small, local boutique brokerage could succeed in a real estate market flooded with national brands. Owners Andy Osborn and Emily Hays are lifelong Shreveport residents who believe in investing deeply in the community, outside of the office. They wanted to bring that same community investment to the real estate market here. In October 2022, we opened our doors at Osborn Hays Real Estate. Our almost 20 agents service all parts of Northwest Louisiana in residential, commercial, investment and land sales and purchasing. The local contacts that our agents have in varying spheres of business allow them to work quickly and effectively for their clients.
Ownership realized in early 2023 that there was a real need for the same level of service that we brought to the real estate community to be brought to the property management community, and Osborn Hays Property Management opened shortly after. Marion Arndt came on board to lead this division. She brings almost 15 years of property management experience to the table and is excellent in both communication and quick service provided to both buyers and sellers. Osborn Hays Property Management looks forward to continued growth as we represent more owners in the leasing of their homes.

Marion Arndt
Marion Arndt, born and raised in Shreveport, has over a decade of experience in property management, serving both landlords and renters with exceptional service. She discovered her passion for property management while living in Kingman, Arizona, at ReMax Prestige Properties, a well-known Arizona brokerage. Marion started out as an assistant and became property manager within one year, holding that position until moving back to her home state of Louisiana with her four children and husband. Marion has managed commercial and residential properties and entire apartment complexes. She is an expert at handling tenant screening, rent collections, lease writing, house showing, project coordination, evictions, and explaining owner accounts.
